Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, intimate wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery if they have been opened or used.

Eligible for Replacement

We will gladly assist you if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The item has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos or videos showing the issue
Brief explanation of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened products
Used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging (where applicable)

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
